Yakama Legends Casino
My wife and I went to Yakama Nations Legends Casino while on our way home. It was a very hot day and the aircon in the car wasn't doing its job at all, so we decided to make a stop and play a little at the casino and perhaps have dinner. I am glad we did because this casino is a lot of fun!
We decided to eat a little first so we went to the restaurant which has a nice selection on the menu. The prices amazed us in a good way. You get a decent meal at very low prices over there. The staff was nice and friendly. We had ribs from the grill and some lasagna; I can definitely recommend it, great quality and nice portions too. The deserts are a bit limited but of good quality, so no complaints there either.
The restaurant staff was very friendly as well and the service was quick.
Next, we made our way to the casino. It’s a decent sized one, with several slot machines, a nice variety of tables, and you can play keno there. We stuck to the slots and I tried a few hands at Blackjack. Overall we had a lot of fun. The only downside I would point out, is there painfully small non smokers area, they really need to work on that. I am not anti smoking at all, but I do think non smokers deserve a decent spot where they are not bothered by smoke.
The staff is very nice, and I mean all the staff, whether the waitresses, or the casino personnel, or their security staff, all friendly people that genuinely make you feel at ease at the place.
What really grabbed our attention was how clean the place was compared to the other casinos we have visited. For a casino they charge decent prices, and you get quality in return. I know some places where things are very different, so I have seen the other side of the coin. This being said I can highly recommend this place to anyone that likes to gamble every once in a while.
Overall, it’s a nice place to be and we are definitely going to be visiting again and have a go at the games. Now, if they would go and tackle the non smokers’ section problem, the place would be a perfect 10 out of 10 in my book.
